NOW ACCEPTING ONLINE APPLICATIONS  for 2017

Please complete the application (All pages) below, then submit it and the documents outlined to the University Academy Business Office (address below): 

  1. Transcript or report card from most recent school
  2. Copy of birth certificate
  3. Copy of social security card
  4. Copy of current immunization record
  5. Application fee of $25.00 (Non-Refundable CASH ONLY)

The application fee can be paid at the time of the student interview.

A representative of University Academy of Central Louisiana will contact the student's parent or guardian about the student's acceptance once the above items have been received and reviewed and a student interview has been conducted. 

The application fee of $25.00 CASH ONLY is non-refundable.  Upon acceptance to University Academy, a non-refundable deposit of $275.00 will be due immediately. Mandatory fees: $500 due within 14 days of acceptance no later than June 5th.The first month's tuition is due by July 5th. (Total Tuition and Fees: $5560) All extracurricular activities, such as athletics, student council, cheerleading, etc. will have additional fees.
